Book an appointment online at www.pica.gov.jm to avoid long wait times. Walk-ins are accepted but you may wait significantly longer.

Jamaican Passports Abroad

If you are a Jamaican living overseas and need to renew or apply for a passport, contact the nearest Jamaican Embassy, High Commission, or Consulate. Processing times may be longer than in Jamaica. Some consulates offer periodic passport clinics. Check their website or Facebook page for announcements.

Do not use unofficial agents or 'passport runners' who claim to process applications faster. Only use official PICA offices and the official website.
